Procedure for Signing the Final Internship Agreement
- The organisation or institution where the final professional internship will be completed must be approved in consultation with the final internship supervisor.
- The completion of the Final Internship Agreement must be coordinated with the Department Administrator.
- Once the Department Administrator has confirmed that the agreement has been completed correctly, it must be submitted to a member of the Study Office staff for registration.
Methods of Signing the Final Internship Agreement:
All three parties to the agreement—the student, the Dean, and the company representative—must sign the agreement using the same method.
- Signing by hand: The agreement must be printed and completed in three original copies. Each copy must be printed on a single sheet of paper, with text on both sides.
- Signing with a qualified electronic signature: The agreement must be uploaded to an electronic document-signing platform, preferably GoSign. After signing the agreement on the platform, the student must forward it to the other parties for their signatures.
Once the agreement has been signed by all parties, the student must submit it to a member of the Study Office staff.
